Some of you have been curious about the Game of Thrones reference from The Venture Brothers. Here it is in all its glory. 

I love all the Game of Thrones references on Parks and Recreation. You know that a show is successful when almost every other show makes references to it. Parks and Recreation, The Office, Bob’s Burgers, Archer, The Venture Brothers, Community, South Park…so many more I’m sure.

I finally got my friend to watch the first episode of GoT last night, and when it ended she was rolling around on the couch yelling “MY FEELS!” , so it seems that she’s hooked now. I forgot how intense the ending credits music, “The King of the North”, is from season 1.

Geoff Peterson dies. 

One of my favorite movies ever, and this opening sequence is simple, straightforward but also intense and foreboding thanks to the excellent score by James Newton Howard. 

Watching this movie today in my friends big old house. Super spooky. And that hilarious stoner character from Louie is in it!
